Lego Minifigures Series 28 (and a way to know what’s in the box!)

Hey there! 🙂 Have you seen the latest Lego Minifigures set? It’s series 28 and it was released January 1, 2026 and they are so cute! You’re gonna love them! 🙂

There are 12 characters available and each little box contains 1 figure. The figures are wearing animal costumes for the following animals: peacock, fluffy cat (my favorite!), goldfish, monkey, frog, koala, Dalmatian, crocodile, dolphin, bunny, lion and parrot.

Want to hear something really cool? There is an app that you can use to scan the code on the box and you can see which character is inside! 🙂 It’s called Minifig Scan.

Here’s what it looks like when you scan the code on the outside of the minifigures box.

Is that cool or what??! 🙂 Very helpful! (Can save you a bunch of money if you want the whole set!)

Here’s what you’ll find inside some of the boxes: the cute bunny

The peacock…so cute!

And the koala…adorable too!

Each box costs $4.99 at the stores I have checked. If you have a Barnes & Noble premium membership, you can save 10% off each one. Have fun collecting! 🙂

New Lego Formula 1 Packs

Hello, my fellow Lego fanatics! 🙂 Let’s talk about the new Lego Formula 1 car packs! Have you seen them? The boxes they come in are the same size as the Lego Minifigures and they also sell for $4.99 in the United States.

I’m not really into Formula 1 racing but I have heard about the new Formula 1 movie that is releasing this month. Whether you like Formula 1 racing or just playing or collecting cool cars, these packs could be fun for you or your kids. So in case you are interested, I bought a pack so I can show you what comes inside. 🙂 First thing is quite a few Lego pieces! I would say these have more pieces than the usual minifigure packs do.

Also included are instructions for putting the car together and on the back of the instructions you can see all 12 cars that are available.

While the instructions are not the easiest to see, I was able to figure it out fairly easily. A younger child might need some assistance. Here’s the car that was in my surprise box:

These are pictures copied from the Lego website to show you closer up the cars that are available and give you their names.

If you like Lego and racing cars, I’m guessing you will have fun collecting these. 🙂 They are available on the Lego website. I found the one I bought at a Barnes & Noble bookstore but I’m guessing they are available in other stores as well.

Exciting News About Lego Minifigures!

Hey, there! Are you a big fan of Lego minifigures? If so, I have 2 bits of information you might like to hear! 🙂 First, there is a new series of minifigures coming! It’s series 27 and they will be available on the Lego website beginning January 1, 2025!

They look pretty cute! Can’t wait to see them! 🙂

Now for the second bit of news, the Dungeons and Dragons minifigures price has been reduced on the Lego website! Regularly $4.99, they are on sale for $3.99 each!

Grab them while they’re still available! If you need the website address, it’s just lego.com. I’m not being compensated for this post…just sharing the info to help you out. 🙂

The Latest Lego Minifigures Series

Hi there! Hope things are going well at your house! Things have been rather crazy here but I’m hoping for a few slower days now so I can get back to some projects for my blog. But for today, let’s talk about LEGO! (Yes, one of my favorite subjects!) Have you see the latest Lego Minifigures series 26? It’s all about space figures and some of them are kinda funky! Lol Here’s what the package looks like… There is 1 minifigure per package.

These are the 12 minifigures that are available in this series.

Now for a little closer in on details. First, you have M-tron Powerlifter, Orion, Blacktron Mutant and Alien Beetlzoid.

This picture shows Spacewalking Astronaut, Alien Tourist, Ice Planet Explorer and Retro Space Heroine.

Last but not least there are the Flying Saucer Costume Fan, Imposter, Nurse Android and Robot Butler.

These are the first 2 I found!

So far I have seen them in stores at Walmart and Barnes & Noble and they are also available online at the Lego website. Happy hunting! 🙂
