Hello again! Sorry to be gone for a while. Things got a bit crazy here and the in-laws needed some extra help, but I hope I’m back in the saddle again! Today I want to share a great recipe for cobbler that is so quick and simple to make that your kids can enjoy making it. It’s great for dessert or adding to breakfast or just for a snack. It only needs 5 ingredients that most of us usually have on hand plus some fruit. Here’s the utensils you will need:

Quick and Easy Cobbler
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Milk (or water works too)
2 Cups Fruit (Frozen blueberries are our favorite!)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray with non-stick baking spray a 9′ x 9″ baking dish. Combine the dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl.

Add the milk and stir to combine.

Pour batter into the prepared pan.

Spread the fruit evenly across the top of the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the top of the cobbler is browned.

We like it best served warm with a little bit of milk or ice cream! Yum! So quick and easy to make on short notice! Enjoy!
